How to take care of the plant:
- It is one of the plants that purifies the air inside the house and is not considered toxic to humans or pets.
- It is fertilised regularly once a month from spring until autumn.
- It is able to withstand little light, unlike other types of palm but it likes bright filtered light because direct sunlight causes yellowing of its leaves.
- As for the humidity of the surrounding air, it is better tolerant than Areca, as it bears some drought.
